here's my first attempt at putting up a video on my blog. (thanks to funny for the step by step instructions). anyway, this video is the one for the song of my previous post. haha... weird... the more i listen to it... the more addicted i am to this song. maybe i'll go find the tabs and chords for it. anyone has it?

here's YUI - Goodbye Days...

oh oh oh... it was a drinking day yesterday. had a blast while celebrating funny's birthday. okok... so i know i'm probably not the only person that is going to give an online account of the happenings for yesterday... but who cares? this is my side of the story anyway.

we where scheduled to meet up at 7pm for dinner. the usual gang of guys and gals... meeting for the usual food and merry making. but this time was different... this time was special... this time - had NO MOVIE! OMG... someone scream!@ plus... if i'm not mistaken... this is probably the first time i have had a hawker center dinner with you bunch. no no... supper at that smokey food place behind cine doesn't count.

anyway... back to the story... so there we were. stuck... no plan in motion (thanks to SOME people going their own way and not turning on their phones). chaos ensued... but peace and sound logic finally prevailed. i soon found myself standing alone at JE station waiting for the bosses to arrive. imagine the agony of waiting... watching as the crowds of people pass you by. you feel the time being sucked out of your body. the horror. anyway... some people just take SO long to get ready... i mean do guys really take THAT long to put on a shirt and jeans? haha... i'm just kidding man... you know i don't mean it.

anyway... all i remember next... was sitting outside the LPS toilet... one ah beng to my left... my ipod blasting in my ears. the phone rings... "oei! LL arh? where are you? what?! still at tanjong pagar?! i tot you said meet at 7pm?" click... the phone goes dead. CALL ENDED.

my eyes watered as the dishes start appearing (or was it the smoke?). the food was (to my great surprise and pleasure) not at all spicy. i mean...the kang kong...was actually GREEN? can you believe it? i always imagined it to be RED.

the smell of chocolate was intoxicating... the vanilla ice cream melting over the mudpie... the rasberry puree poured over the smooth tangy cheesecake. i could get use to this. =)

vodka. ribena. green tea. ice mountain. 7 cups. only 1 spoon! enough said.
