hitting the healthy lifestyle diet this week.
looks like my whole office is set for a revival in training.
we are motivated to go for gruelling 5 km runs, even after a whole day of work.
they find the strength to do gym training after completing stress inducing crap from higher management.
plus we now eat loads of fruits. no sugar. no fizzy drinks. water and fruits.

damn. this is good.

i cannot believe this. it's really incredible. probably no one (less people from this line of work will understand what i mean) can even come close to comprehending the wonderful feeling of finishing the work set before you. handing over to the next guy, ralling your co-workers and going for a run.
the cost: sore muscles, tired bodies, profused sweating
the feeling after: excellent

looks like i'm running on a real high here. my training is almost over. the finishing line is so close i can feel it. i just need to endure the last and final hurdle before i enter the blissful protection of no longer being a trainee.

c'mon. no surrender.
