i just discovered a pretty interesting thing today.
did you know that it is Irish Folk Tradition that women may make requests (or in the past, proposals) to men on 29th of Feb (the leap day of the leap year) and the men cannot refuse. it is said that if they were to refuse, they would have to pay a fine or penalty.
so to all the ladies out there. you know what to do.
it is also mentioned that men whose names begin with 'S' are spared from this. LoL. peace.
