i have just proven a fact to myself - i am getting old.
old and forgetful. haiz. the most potent combination of the aged.

so it happened like this.

i went down to the driving centre to take my FINAL THEORY TEST (FTT). happily i waltzed to the 2nd floor of the centre and entered the room for the test-ees. i handed my IC to the examiner and waited as she checked for my name...

i waited...

and waited...

continued waiting...

she turned and asked me (what i thought was) the most ridiculous question (today) "what test are you here for?"

being the nice guy that i am (and not wanting to piss off the examiner) i curtly replied "the final theory test."

to which the reply was most troubling... "i'm sorry. but that's not today. why don't you go downstairs and check."

my 1st thought - F^&*K. what the hell is wrong with the damn system. so i proceeded to log on to my account and do some checking...

AND THEN I SAW IT! 16th APR 08!

i came on the WRONG DAY! as it turns out... my FTT was YESTERDAY! -.-"'

i think i'm suffering from time-warp syndrome a.k.a short term memory.

in other work related news. i am proud to show of my great motion picture capture skills using my antique nokia phone. it's got like 1.3 mega pixels. who the hell uses such a low resolution these days you ask?
lim peh lo.

this is the story of how empty spaces get filled.

1. get an empty space. in this example we use 'the court'...

2. notice how quickly 'the people' fill up the empty spaces in such areas. kindly observe the weird defensive poses that these creatures take when they feel like we are encroaching near their nesting area.

3. we can see how such land-dwelling critters like to imagine themselves as those of the sky. watch how they seem obsessed with filling their nests with round objects that are commonly found in their habitat.

nature is so interesting. =)
